◆Real-time online monitoring function Real-time online monitoring displays all test data, current, battery pack voltage, single cell voltage, time, capacity, etc. At the same time, the data is stored and transmitted to the machine, and various charts are displayed and printed. .
◆The automatic discharge and charge function sets the discharge/charge current duration, capacity, and voltage high and low limits, and can cycle the discharge and charge process once.
◆Battery activation function sets the number of discharge and charge cycles to activate the battery pack.
◆The automatic shutdown function automatically stops discharging/charging when any one of the following conditions is met: the capacity reaches the single battery protection voltage and the entire battery pack protection voltage reaches the limit.
◆Protection function: If voltage abnormality occurs, charging or discharging will be automatically stopped.
◆The calibration and correction function of the voltage and current display value mainly calibrates the total voltage and current of the battery pack and the single cell voltage.
◆Disk data dump function: After automatic charging and discharging or battery activation, the collected data can be transferred to the disk, and then the disk will transfer/charge the collected data to the machine.
